  Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. They kept me updated when a stock issue came up. Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. Dimensions matched the listing exactly, which mattered for the space. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

  My experience with Organic Aromas was okay overall. Customer service was polite but not especially helpful. Fine value, nothing that made me feel clever about the purchase.

  Finish is clean, no rough edges or loose threads. With the discount code it worked out cheaper than anywhere else I checked. Would order from here again without hesitating.
