  Signed up for the newsletter, waited for a sale, and got a genuinely good deal. Finish is clean, no rough edges or loose threads. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Build feels solid rather than plasticky.

  Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. Performance has been stable since day one. Happy customer, will return.

  Honestly did not expect much at this price point, but Osah Drypaks surprised me. Response time was quick both times I contacted them. It came with the right adapter for my region. Sticking with them for future orders.
