    “More hassle than it was worth”
    Would not order from OTE Home again based on this. Took two weeks and four messages to get a refund. Courier choice was poor and there was no option to change it. Disappointed is the honest summary.

    “Does exactly what it says”
    Been meaning to leave feedback for a while because the last order went so well. Everything was labelled so the build was straightforward. Solid experience overall.
