  “Frustrating from the start”
  I have ordered from a lot of sites and this was one of the weaker ones. Took so long I had already bought the same thing elsewhere. Prices went up between me adding to basket and checking out. No phone number and the contact form kept erroring.

  “Nice surprise”
  Shipped from a local warehouse so it got here quickly. Been using it daily for a month and it still looks new. Returns for a different size were straightforward. Overall a very smooth experience.

  “Worth the money”
  It arrived a day early and the packaging was solid. Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful.
