  Placed a fairly big order with Paper Lantern Store and everything arrived exactly as listed. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Good value, especially compared to the high street. Everything matched what was shown at the time of booking.

  “Not quite what I hoped”
  Quality is acceptable but not as good as the photos implied. Customer service was polite but not especially helpful. Reasonable, if unspectacular.
