  “Better than expected”
  Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. They replied on a weekend, which I did not expect. Setup was documented well enough to do it myself.

  “Fine for the price”
  Contact options are limited to a form, which slows everything down. The discount code helped, otherwise it would have been steep. Fine for what it was.

  “Solid from start to finish”
  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. Has held up well to daily use so far. Cancelling is possible without emailing anyone, which I appreciate.
