  I would call it average, which is not a criticism exactly. Returns process works but the form is confusing. Description left out a couple of details I would have liked to know. Reasonable, if unspectacular.

  I compared four different sites before settling on this one. They shipped in two parcels and both arrived on the same day. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.

  “Poor experience”
  Went in optimistic and came out frustrated. Ended up paying more than advertised once fees were added. Learned my lesson on this one.

  “Does the job”
  Bought one item to test and I am still undecided. Fine for the price, though I would not pay more for it. Nothing that would stop me ordering again.
