  “Not what I expected”
  Everything that could go slightly wrong did. No padding at all, just the item loose in a bag. Frustrating from start to finish.

  Nothing offensive, nothing memorable. They split the order into two parcels a week apart without telling me. Fine value, nothing that made me feel clever about the purchase. The first reply was a template, the second one was actually useful.
