    “Support let it down”
    The listing and the reality did not match. Had to open a dispute with my bank in the end. The discount code did not work despite being valid. Would not recommend, unfortunately.

    “Second order, same quality”
    Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. Everything was packed carefully with plenty of padding. Ingredients are clearly listed and the cat actually eats it. Easy five stars from me.
