    “Poor experience”
    Regret using them for something I actually needed on time. Nobody could tell me where my order actually was. Felt overpriced once I saw the actual quality. Package arrived opened and one item was missing.

    Support was polite and did not make me chase them. Their clearance section is worth checking before you buy full price. Sizing was spot on for my usual fit. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

    “Does exactly what it says”
    Got roughly thirty percent off and it still arrived quickly. Finish is clean, no rough edges or loose threads. Turned up in four working days with no fuss. Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. They were comfortable from the first wear, no blisters.

    Started with one small item to test them out, then ordered properly. Turned up in four working days with no fuss. They still look smart after a couple of months of wear. Not much more you can ask for really.
