  Easy to reach and no automated runaround. Good value, especially compared to the high street. Licence key arrived by email within a couple of minutes. Would happily spend money here again.

  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. No complaints from me.

  Signed up for the newsletter, waited for a sale, and got a genuinely good deal. Has held up well to daily use so far. Setup was documented well enough to do it myself.

  Placed a fairly big order with Photobook Australia and everything arrived exactly as listed. Uptime has been solid since I switched over.

  “Decent but not perfect”
  Fine for a one-off purchase, not sure about regular use. Does the job, but I doubt it will last years. The dashboard is clear and does not hide the important settings. Might order again, might not.
