  Signed up for the newsletter, waited for a sale, and got a genuinely good deal. Delivery estimate said ten days and it came in six. The quality is noticeably better than the photos suggested.

  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. Reliable, which counts for a lot.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  The person I spoke to knew the product properly. Arrived well within the window they promised. The total at checkout matched what I expected, no hidden extras. Instructions were clear and it was easy to set up.

  “Mixed feelings”
  Reasonable, but the sale price is really the normal price. Reasonably helpful once I got hold of someone. Reasonable quality, though the packaging inside was untidy. Courier left it outside in the rain, though that is not really on the store. Sealed properly with tamper evidence intact.

  “Long wait, poor result”
  My order from Pillar Lif was a bit of a mess from the start. Poorly made and not fit for what it is sold for. No phone number and the contact form kept erroring. Frustrating from start to finish.
