  Placed a fairly big order with Ping Gadgets and everything arrived exactly as listed. Shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown before checkout. Performance has been stable since day one. Happy customer, will return.

  Ordered from Ping Gadgets and it was fine, just not remarkable. There is a bit of a smell out of the box that fades. Shipping took longer than the estimate, though it did arrive. The FAQ answered more than their support did.

  “Genuinely impressed”
  Shipping was free over a certain amount, which pushed me to add one more item. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. The total at checkout matched what I expected, no hidden extras. It came with the right adapter for my region. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.
