  Ordered from Pinnip for the first time and it went better than I expected. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. They were comfortable from the first wear, no blisters.

  Mixed feelings about Pinnip, though nothing went badly wrong. The code worked but only on part of my basket. It got here safely, just slower than I would like. Quality is acceptable but not as good as the photos implied. The sole has held up well on rough ground.
