    “Poor experience”
    I had high hopes for Plein but it did not work out. Started falling apart after light use.

    Contact options are limited to a form, which slows everything down. Dispatch took three days before it even moved. Price crept up between adding to basket and paying. Expiry date was well over a year away. I will probably shop around next time.

    Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product. Definitely worth a look if you are comparing options.

    “Smooth experience”
    The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. Arrived well within the window they promised.
