  Does the job, but I doubt it will last years. Okay experience, three stars feels about right.

  The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Fits my hob properly with no wobble. No complaints from me.

  “Will be back”
  Ordering was straightforward even from outside the country. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Well wrapped, nothing rattling around inside. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. Fits my hob properly with no wobble.

  “Arrived fast and well packed”
  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. Handle stays cool which I did not expect at this price. Reliable, which counts for a lot.
