  “Quality is there”
Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve.

  “Save your money”
Genuinely more trouble than it was worth. Closed my ticket without resolving anything.

  “Arrived fast and well packed”
Used Pretty Litter twice now and both experiences were smooth. Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.

  “Middle of the road”
Reasonable quality, though the packaging inside was untidy. Price crept up between adding to basket and paying. The first reply was a template, the second one was actually useful.
