Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine.

Second order from PurelyB and it was less smooth than the first. Good price, though the extra fees at checkout were unexpected. Description left out a couple of details I would have liked to know. Delivery was slow but the tracking at least worked.

Ended up buying more than I planned, which is a good sign. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. Texture is light and absorbs quickly.

“Would order again”

Simple order, no drama, which is all I really want. Shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown before checkout. Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. Glad I took the chance on them.
