  “Okay overall”
  Second order from Quebueno and it was less smooth than the first. Instructions were poorly translated but I worked it out. Worth it on sale, not at full price.

  Fine for a one-off purchase, not sure about regular use. Does the job, but I doubt it will last years. Live chat was offline every time I tried it.

  They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. Cancelling is possible without emailing anyone, which I appreciate.

  “Acceptable”
  Mixed feelings about Quebueno, though nothing went badly wrong. Support replied, but it took three days.

  Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Exactly as described, no surprises when I opened it. Their clearance section is worth checking before you buy full price. Cancelling is possible without emailing anyone, which I appreciate.
