I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Cheap enough that I ordered a spare. Reliable, which counts for a lot.

    “Does exactly what it says”
Been using Radisson Hotels on and off since last winter. Support was reachable while I was actually travelling. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.

    “Genuinely impressed”
I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. Cancellation terms were clear before I paid. Glad I took the chance on them.

Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. The specs on the listing were accurate down to the measurements. Booking was straightforward and confirmation came instantly. Reliable, which counts for a lot.

    “Genuinely impressed”
Used Radisson Hotels twice now and both experiences were smooth. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.
