  “Disappointing”
  The listing photos are clearly of a different product. Felt overpriced once I saw the actual quality. No phone number and the contact form kept erroring.

  “Quality is there”
  Ordering was straightforward even from outside the country. I saved a decent amount using a code from here. They shipped in two parcels and both arrived on the same day. The person I spoke to knew the product properly.

  Bought a gift here in a bit of a rush and it worked out perfectly. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Batch and expiry details were clearly printed on the label. No complaints from me.

  “Frustrating from the start”
  Not worth the hassle for the small saving. Poorly made and not fit for what it is sold for.

  “Second order, same quality”
  I've been buying from Raw Botanics for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. Feels premium for what it cost. Dosage instructions were clear on the packaging. Sticking with them for future orders.
