    “Frustrating from the start”
    Live chat disconnected every time I raised an issue. Stopped working properly after a couple of weeks. Refund came back short of what I paid. Hard to recommend to anyone.

    Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. Speeds are close to what was advertised. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

    Ordered from Reliance General for the first time and it went better than I expected. The discount applied without any trouble at checkout. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Cancelling is possible without emailing anyone, which I appreciate.
