  “Does exactly what it says”
  Photos on the site do not really do it justice. Turned up in four working days with no fuss. Battery life is roughly what the specs promised. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

  It matches the product photos, which honestly is rare these days. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged. Performance has been stable since day one. Nothing I would change about the experience.

  Response time was quick both times I contacted them. Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

  “Nice surprise”
  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away.
