  Simple order, no drama, which is all I really want. Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged.

  Half of my order was great and half was underwhelming. The first reply was a template, the second one was actually useful. It works, though the finish is a little rough in places. Tracking stopped updating for a few days which was annoying.

  “Not what I expected”
  Customer service blamed the courier and left it there. Started falling apart after light use.
