Used Room 502 twice now and both experiences were smooth.

“Acceptable”

Mixed feelings about Room 502, though nothing went badly wrong. Price crept up between adding to basket and paying. Reasonable quality, though the packaging inside was untidy. Returns process works but the form is confusing.

“Good price, good service”

I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.
