  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Shipped from a local warehouse so it got here quickly. Comes in a proper box, so it works as a gift.

  Slightly overpriced for what you actually get. Refund came through, though it took longer than stated. Neither impressed nor disappointed.

  Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. Comes in a proper box, so it works as a gift. Already planning my next order.

  Honestly did not expect much at this price point, but Rose Eternelle surprised me. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. No discolouring on my skin after a fortnight of wear. Overall a very smooth experience.
