  “Solid from start to finish”
I've been buying from Rusticae for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. The person I spoke to knew the product properly. Cheap enough that I ordered a spare. The clasp is secure and easy to fasten one handed.

The person I spoke to knew the product properly. Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops. Reasonable pricing and they are upfront about shipping costs. The clasp is secure and easy to fasten one handed.

  “Reasonable enough”
The clasp is secure and easy to fasten one handed. Would suggest reading the details carefully before ordering.

  “Okay overall”
Returns process works but the form is confusing. Arrived within the outer estimate but nowhere near the inner one. Currency conversion added a bit more than I expected. The stones are set neatly with no gaps. Fine for what it was.

  “Everything went right”
The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. Weight feels right, not hollow or tinny. Reliable, which counts for a lot.
