    Would not order from R.W.Flame again based on this. It shipped a full week after they said it would. Closed my ticket without resolving anything. I will be shopping elsewhere.

    Ordered late on a Sunday night and it still shipped Monday. Everything was packed carefully with plenty of padding. Easy five stars from me.

    “Smooth experience”
    Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. It looks good in the room and matches the photos. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

    Ordered late on a Sunday night and it still shipped Monday. Their bundle deal made it worth buying two instead of one. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Sturdy once assembled, no wobble at all.

    Ordered late on a Sunday night and it still shipped Monday. Reasonable pricing and they are upfront about shipping costs. The finish is even with no marks or scratches. Happy customer, will return.
