  “Nice surprise”
  Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product. The total at checkout matched what I expected, no hidden extras. Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. Everything was labelled so the build was straightforward.

  Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Took about a week to reach me, which is fair for international. Dimensions matched the listing exactly, which mattered for the space. It just worked, start to finish.

  “Arrived fast and well packed”
  First time buyer and I'd happily order again. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. Everything was sealed properly and clearly labelled. It looks good in the room and matches the photos.

  Would think twice before ordering from here again. Smells strongly of chemicals and still has not faded. Customs charges I was not warned about at checkout. They refused a return despite the item being faulty.
