    “Would not order again”
    Prices went up between me adding to basket and checking out. Support hours are very limited and not stated clearly. It works, barely, but I would not trust it. Left me out of pocket and out of patience.

    “Disappointing”
    Ended up cancelling half the order. It works, barely, but I would not trust it. Live chat disconnected every time I raised an issue.

    Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. Exactly what I hoped for.

    Used Saily MY twice now and both experiences were smooth. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. Setup was documented well enough to do it myself.
