  Third order with Saunaloft this year, so that probably tells you enough. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. It looks good in the room and matches the photos. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

  Been using it daily for a month and it still looks new. Their bundle deal made it worth buying two instead of one. The finish is even with no marks or scratches.

  “Decent but not perfect”
  Took nearly two weeks, which was longer than advertised. Perfectly usable but the photos are flattering. Refund came through, though it took longer than stated. Price crept up between adding to basket and paying. Assembly took under an hour with the included tools.

  “No complaints at all”
  Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. Warranty claim went through with no drama. Delivery estimate said ten days and it came in six. For the price I honestly cannot complain. Assembly took under an hour with the included tools.
