  “Quality is lacking”
  Ended up cancelling half the order. Took two weeks and four messages to get a refund. The saving was not worth the problems that followed. Left me out of pocket and out of patience.

  Ordering was straightforward even from outside the country. Better made than something I paid twice as much for elsewhere. Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. Sealed properly with tamper evidence intact.

  “Better than expected”
  Ordered late on a Sunday night and it still shipped Monday. Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product. Delivery estimate said ten days and it came in six. Batch and expiry details were clearly printed on the label.
