  Used Scuola Francopanini IT twice now and both experiences were smooth. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Sizing was accurate, I went with my usual and it fits. It looks like the photos rather than a cheap copy of them.

  “Would not order again”
  The listing and the reality did not match. Delivery was delayed twice without anyone telling me. They refused a return despite the item being faulty. Not what I ordered, a similar but cheaper version.

  Price was competitive and the quality justified it. Colours are true to what was shown on the site. Sizing chart was accurate down to the measurements.

  Bought a gift here in a bit of a rush and it worked out perfectly. Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Nice finish on the seams, feels well made.
