  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. The fit is true to the size guide, which is unusual for online clothing.

  Half of my order was great and half was underwhelming. One item was great, the other was mediocre. Currency conversion added a bit more than I expected. Neither impressed nor disappointed.

  “Repeat customer now”
  I do most of my shopping online and this was one of the easier orders. It matches the product photos, which honestly is rare these days. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. The cut is flattering and it hangs properly.
