  Worth it on sale, not at full price. Returns process works but the form is confusing. One item was great, the other was mediocre.

  I read some reviews before ordering and they matched my experience. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. They upgraded my shipping for free because of a small delay. For the price I honestly cannot complain. The scent is subtle rather than overpowering.
