  “Quality is there”
  The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. No complaints from me.

  Would not order from Self Inc again based on this. I will be shopping elsewhere.

  “Poor experience”
  Disappointing experience with Self Inc, unfortunately. Closed my ticket without resolving anything. Stopped working properly after a couple of weeks. The saving was not worth the problems that followed.
