    “Frustrating from the start”
Closed my ticket without resolving anything. Tracking never updated past the dispatch stage. Started falling apart after light use.

Bought a gift here in a bit of a rush and it worked out perfectly. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. Their clearance section is worth checking before you buy full price.
