  My order from SFH was a bit of a mess from the start. Paid a premium for delivery that was still late. Nobody could tell me where my order actually was. Hard to recommend to anyone.

  “Acceptable”
  Decent enough, but there is room for improvement. Instructions were poorly translated but I worked it out. Good enough that I am not warning anyone off.

  “More hassle than it was worth”
  Wish I had read more reviews before ordering. Had to open a dispute with my bank in the end. Shipping cost was high for how slow it was. Poorly made and not fit for what it is sold for.

  “No complaints at all”
  Signed up for the newsletter, waited for a sale, and got a genuinely good deal. Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. A little goes a long way so the bottle should last. Reliable, which counts for a lot.

  Took a chance on a brand I had never heard of and it paid off. Reasonable pricing and they are upfront about shipping costs. Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops. A little goes a long way so the bottle should last. Solid experience overall.
