    “Not what I expected”
    Ordered two items and had problems with both. Smells strongly of chemicals and still has not faded. They wanted me to pay return postage on a defective item. They marked it as delivered before it actually turned up.

    Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. Order confirmation and dispatch email both arrived within the hour. Build feels solid rather than plasticky.

    “Better than expected”
    Been using SGbagtags on and off since last winter. Easy to reach and no automated runaround. Sizing was accurate, I went with my usual and it fits. Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave.
