  “Arrived late and damaged”
  It arrived with a visible defect straight out of the box. The parcel arrived damaged and clearly badly packed. Would not recommend, unfortunately.

  It arrived a day early and the packaging was solid. Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Texture is light and absorbs quickly. Exactly what I hoped for.

  “Happy with this one”
  I do most of my shopping online and this was one of the easier orders. Response time was quick both times I contacted them. Quality is consistent across both items I ordered. Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more.

  “Everything went right”
  Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. Finish is clean, no rough edges or loose threads. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

  “Smooth experience”
  Started with one small item to test them out, then ordered properly. Order confirmation and dispatch email both arrived within the hour. Ingredients list matched what was shown online. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.
