  Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. Cheap enough that I ordered a spare. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Setup took about ten minutes and the app connected first time.

  They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. Shipped from a local warehouse so it got here quickly. Battery life is roughly what the specs promised. Sticking with them for future orders.
