  Arrived well within the window they promised. Support was polite and did not make me chase them. The confirmation email had everything I needed. It just worked, start to finish.

  Would probably order again, but I would check other sites first. Shipping took longer than the estimate, though it did arrive. No response to my first email, the second one got through.

  “More hassle than it was worth”
  Extra handling fee appeared at the last step. Shipping took over three weeks with no explanation.

  “Does exactly what it says”
  Quality is consistent across both items I ordered. Their clearance section is worth checking before you buy full price. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it.
