  “Does exactly what it says”
Signed up for the newsletter, waited for a sale, and got a genuinely good deal. Dispatched the same day I ordered. The specs on the listing were accurate down to the measurements. Runs cool and quiet, which I was worried about. I'll be back next time I need something similar.

  “Repeat customer now”
Took about a week to reach me, which is fair for international. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Would order from here again without hesitating.

  “Solid from start to finish”
I do most of my shopping online and this was one of the easier orders. The total at checkout matched what I expected, no hidden extras. Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. Firmware updated without any problems. Overall a very smooth experience.
