  Quality is acceptable but not as good as the photos implied. It got here safely, just slower than I would like. Support replied, but it took three days.

  “Solid from start to finish”
  Placed a fairly big order with Simply Toys and everything arrived exactly as listed. With the discount code it worked out cheaper than anywhere else I checked. Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged. No complaints from me.

  “Quick and painless”
  They replied on a weekend, which I did not expect. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. The quality is noticeably better than the photos suggested. No sharp edges and everything feels safe enough.

  Took a chance on a brand I had never heard of and it paid off. Reliable, which counts for a lot.
