    “Smooth experience”
    Response time was quick both times I contacted them. Build feels solid rather than plasticky.

    Ordering was straightforward even from outside the country. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template.

    Everything that could go slightly wrong did. Paid a premium for delivery that was still late.

    Customs charges I was not warned about at checkout. Poorly made and not fit for what it is sold for. Learned my lesson on this one.
