  It did the job, but I was expecting a bit more. Third party test results were available when I asked. Not my first choice, but not off the list either.

  They wanted me to pay return postage on a defective item. It arrived with a visible defect straight out of the box.

  Been using Small Batch Roasting on and off since last winter. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. The specs on the listing were accurate down to the measurements. Good value, especially compared to the high street. Sealed properly with tamper evidence intact.

  Shipping was free over a certain amount, which pushed me to add one more item. I saved a decent amount using a code from here. Has held up well to daily use so far. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing.

  “Exactly what I needed”
  Order confirmation and dispatch email both arrived within the hour. Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product. Capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste.
