  “Exactly what I needed”
  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. The person I spoke to knew the product properly. Loyalty points added up faster than I expected.

  “Acceptable”
  Half of my order was great and half was underwhelming. The discount code helped, otherwise it would have been steep. They sorted it in the end, which is what matters. The dashboard is clear and does not hide the important settings.

  “Not what I expected”
  Stopped working properly after a couple of weeks. Support hours are very limited and not stated clearly.

  Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. Genuinely impressed with the attention to detail. Uptime has been solid since I switched over.
