Placed a fairly big order with Sonder LA and everything arrived exactly as listed. Been using it daily for a month and it still looks new. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about.

They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Been using it daily for a month and it still looks new. Price was competitive and the quality justified it. Easy five stars from me.

Ordering was easy, everything after that was slower. Slightly overpriced for what you actually get. Refund came through, though it took longer than stated.

Started well and then went a bit quiet in the middle. Refund came through, though it took longer than stated. Packaging was fine but there was a lot of unnecessary plastic.
