  Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. Delivery estimate said ten days and it came in six. Started noticing a difference after about three weeks. Nothing I would change about the experience.

  Everything was sealed properly and clearly labelled. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. They kept me updated when a stock issue came up. Texture is light and absorbs quickly. Will be ordering again before the end of the year.

  One item was great, the other was mediocre. It arrived eventually, just later than I planned around. Worth a try if the price is right.

  Live chat disconnected every time I raised an issue. Paid a premium for delivery that was still late. Customs charges I was not warned about at checkout. Would rate lower if I could.
