  “Support let it down”
  Went in optimistic and came out frustrated. Stopped working properly after a couple of weeks.

  “Reasonable enough”
  Bought one item to test and I am still undecided. Reasonable, but the sale price is really the normal price. The FAQ answered more than their support did.

  The listing and the reality did not match. No phone number and the contact form kept erroring. Would rate lower if I could.

  “Quality is there”
  Feels premium for what it cost. Their clearance section is worth checking before you buy full price. Delivery was on time and I got tracking updates the whole way. Response time was quick both times I contacted them. Arrived well within the best before date.
